We are looking for someone who is open to learning about our sales methods and processes to ensure we select the right franchise partners for Success Tutoring. You will be guided by our founder and sales team in the sales process, strategy, and plan moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Management: Manage the franchise sales process from initial inquiry to final agreement signing, including phone calls, video calls, and face-to-face sessions with prospects.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
Hosting Events: Host physical events for locals to explain the Success Tutoring franchise method.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and franchise partner communications.

Collaboration and Growth Opportunities

Work closely with the executive and marketing team based in Sydney to develop effective sales and promotional materials. The initial step in this role is Franchise Sales Manager, but there will be opportunities for career growth within the global organization.

Benefits and Remuneration

Base salary plus superannuation, with a commission of $5,000 per franchise sold. There are also generous benefits for working with Success, including career growth opportunities.
