The position of Dataset Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management of Grampians Health statutory datasets and HIS Data Managers. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the Dataset team, implementing standardized controls and processes to ensure data integrity and timely submission of statutory datasets.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction, set clear objectives, and KPIs for the Dataset team
* Manage staff, including recruitment, talent development, and performance evaluation
* Collaborate with the Performance and Activity Directorate for accurate reporting and data analytics
In addition, they will manage the transition and consolidation of statutory reporting and data management resources, coordinate submissions, and reconcile all statutory data within published deadlines.
The Dataset Manager will provide expert advice on statutory data and collaborate with stakeholders on business requirements.
