About The Role
CopRice in Leeton is on the lookout for a proactive and motivated Administrator to join our team full‑time. If you enjoy variety in your day and thrive in a role where organisation and accuracy matter, this is the perfect opportunity.
In this position, you'll play an essential role in supporting daily site operations, including managing weighbridge activities, providing administrative backbone across safety and quality functions, and welcoming employees and visitors to the site. Early starts (7:00am) are required — but you'll be joining a supportive team that makes it worthwhile.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver a range of administrative and clerical tasks that keep our operations running smoothly
Act as the central point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors
Manage financial records, data entry, and document control in line with company policies and legislative requirements
Collaborate with the broader CopRice team to provide administrative support across multiple sites
Covering the weighbridge during lunch breaks and early morning shifts.
About You
You're organised, adaptable, and confident juggling a range of tasks. With a solid background in office administration, you're comfortable working independently but enjoy partnering with others to get things done. Your problem‑solving skills, time management, and ability to communicate with different stakeholders will set you up for success.
What You Bring
Minimum 2+ years' experience in an office environment
Qualifications in Office Administration plus basic WHS training (preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other business systems
SAP experience (preferred but not essential)
Experience operating weighbridges (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Awareness of traffic management safety requirements
Drivers licence essential
