About the team
Our Enterprise Change Management team drives transformation across the organisation. We help leaders and teams navigate complexity, build readiness, and deliver change that's clear, supported and sustainable.
We work across two connected areas:
* Change Enablement & Delivery – which partners with programs to design and deliver end‐to‐end change.
* Change Practice – which provides enterprise advisory, governance, and the frameworks that guide how change is delivered.
Together, we operate as one team — collaborative, people‐centred, and focused on delivering meaningful, high‐impact change. We value curiosity, pragmatism and constructive challenge, and offer exposure to complex, high‐profile work in a supportive, flexible environment.
About you
You bring solid experience in transformational technology change management.
We're seeking a change leader with extensive experience in managing at scale, end-to-end transformational technology projects, stakeholder engagement and communications. You'll bring proven success, delivering large‐scale transformation technology initiatives that span across multiple agencies, divisions or geographies. You possess strong coaching and facilitation skills to run workshops, training and engagement activities.
You have a proven ability to mentor and build capability to support the embedding of best practice change management and driving meaningful outcomes.
Tertiary qualifications in change management, organisational psychology, organisational development, business, human resources or related discipline is required.
Professional change management certification (e.g. Prosci, Change Management Institute Accreditation, or equivalent) is highly regarded. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint) is also essential.
