About the role
AGL has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Renewables - Wind team, based at our Jamestown site warehouse, supporting operations across both of our sites in North Brown Hill Wind Farm and Hallett Wind Farm.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the safe, efficient and effective operation of our wind assets by managing day‑to‑day warehouse and supply chain activities. Working closely with site leadership, technicians, suppliers and logistics partners, you'll ensure materials, equipment and inventory are available when and where they're needed to keep our sites operating safely and reliably.
Location
This role is based at our Jamestown site warehouse, servicing the North Brown Hill and Hallett Wind Farm operations in regional South Australia. Jamestown offers affordable housing, short traffic‑free commutes and a strong community atmosphere. With local schools, healthcare, sporting clubs and everyday amenities nearby, it's a family‑friendly location that lets you spend less time commuting and more time enjoying regional living-while working close to the North Brown Hill and Hallett Wind Farms.
What you'll be doingDriving safe, efficient and compliant warehouse operations in line with AGL policies and proceduresManaging day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receipting, storage, issue, handling and cycle counting of materialsCoordinating local and interstate freight, including dispatch and transport of materials and equipmentLiaising daily with suppliers, freight providers and internal AGL stakeholders to support site operational requirementsProviding procurement and purchasing support for both stock and non‑stock materials as requiredMaintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock holding values in line with business objectivesCoordinating and administering material quality inspections and tracking material and test data certificationIdentifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes, safety outcomes and operational efficienciesSupporting site teams to ensure materials are available to meet maintenance and operational schedules
What you'll bringDemonstrated experience in warehouse, inventory, supply chain or logistics operations within an industrial or operational environmentPractical knowledge of warehouse and inventory systems (e.g. MIMS, Ellipse, SAP or similar)Ideally, a current LF High Risk Work Licence with proven experience operating forklifts and associated equipmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, site‑based environmentHigh‑level communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with site teams and suppliersSound understanding of health, safety and environmental requirements in high‑risk operational settingsA proactive, improvement‑focused mindset with a strong commitment to safety and teamworkSolid computer skills across Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
