You’ll connect with warm leads (no cold calls—ours come pre-heated!), understand their needs, and schedule in-home Design & Measure appointments for our national design consultants. You’ll also handle key admin tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently for our design consultants.Your Day-to-DayQualify and schedule (or reschedule) in-home appointments with prospective customersCoordinate and manage appointment schedules for our national design consultantsConfidently address objections and guide customers to a positive outcomeDeliver outstanding service over the phone and ensure every interaction ends with a smileAccurately maintain our CRM for customer details, follow up and reportingCollaborate with team members to meet performance goals and KPIsWhat You’ll BringYou’ll have a friendly, confident phone manner and a proactive, can-do attitude.
