Job Description
Our client, a well-established and growing electrical contractor in the commercial sector, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team in a long-term capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity for an estimator with 5+ years' experience in commercial electrical projects who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will be supported with training in company systems, but must bring a solid electrical background and strong plan interpretation skills.
Reporting To The Commercial Estimating Manager, Key Responsibilities Include
* Preparing accurate cost estimates for new developments
* Drafting bills of quantities and tender documentation
* Applying man hours and conducting electrical tests as needed
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
Preferred Software Experience Includes
* Estimating Solutions
* Tracer
* Microsoft Excel
* Word
* Outlook
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent computer literacy
Only persons with a current A Grade Electrical Licence can apply or those who are in a position to be able to transfer their overseas licence to be WA recognised.
