We are seeking a passionate, collaborative leader who balances strengths in leadership and decision-making with compassion for students and their wellbeing. This is a 12-month contract role to cover extended leave of our Deputy Head of Senior School - Pastoral Care 11-12, commencing on 1 January 2026.

The Deputy Head of Senior School - Pastoral Care 11-12 is responsible for leadership, oversight, and decision-making to manage the pastoral care and support of all Senior School students, working in conjunction with the Head of School and the Deputy Head of Senior School - Pastoral Care 9-10. This role leads and manages the pastoral care program, including coordinating the House system and Tutor programs. Working with the Head of Senior School, the role ensures that all community members support and adhere to the School's Purpose, Concerns, policies, and procedures.
You will be a passionate, collaborative leader who combines leadership and decision-making skills with compassion for students and their wellbeing.
Supported by a committed leadership team, you will seek continuous improvement in our Pastoral Care system to support students and uphold the School's Purpose and Concerns.
