Our WA client is seeking to engage a Human Resources Administrator on a temporary basis, Part Time Position (48hrs a fortnight).
**Details**
To provide assistance to the Human Resources Section on all human resources related matters and actively contribute to ensuring an effective and professional service to the area's internal and external customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide effective day to day administrative support to the Human Resources Section to ensure that the appropriate service levels are maintained, and operational targets are achieved
- Undertake administrative tasks associated with end-to-end recruitment and Sectional meetings including arranging room set ups, contacting attendees and minute/note taking
- Provide administrative support and advice on a range of Human Resources processes, referring any identified issues to the Coordinator Human Resources as follows:
Employee Probations
Temporary employment contracts
Studies Assistance Program
Staff Recognition Program
Salary Reviews
Exit Interviews
Annual Staff Development Reviews
Induction Program for new employees
- Monitor and follow up as required, outstanding documentation from new and existing staff, including signed acceptance letters, Police Clearances, licences, Working with Children Checks and Australian working rights/visas etc
- Provide back up and support to other members of the Human Resources team as required in order to meet operational objectives
**Key Capabilities**
- Previous relevant experience preferably working within the Human Resources and/ Recruitment field
- Possession of, or ability to acquire, a National Police Clearance Certificate (dated within the last twelve months)
