Metroll is a leading manufacturer & supplier of quality metal building products including Roofing and Cladding, Insulation, Flashings, Colorbond Fencing, Purlins, Carports, Patios and a huge range of shed kits.
We are looking at adding a key staff member to list of Machine Operators.
Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week
7.00am to 3.06pm & 3.00pm to 10.36pm
6-month Probation period - leading to Fulltime Employment.
About the Role:
* Operating a Fully Automated SWI Duplex Twin Jaw folder - Gen4
* Understand and confirm flashing drawing details.
* Communication and coordination with supervisors.
* Working independently as well as within a team.
* Following work health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
* Quality assurance.
* Ability to follow instructions
* Willingness to learn
* Time management skills
* Factory/production experience an advantage
* Reading & writing skills
* MUST be Physically Capable
Who we are looking for:
* Proven experience in machine operations.
* Experience in the manufacturing environment is beneficial
* Ability to work to deadlines and available for overtime when required.
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
* Have a strong understanding of adherence to WHS requirements.
* Ability to work cohesively as a team with excellent communication skills
* Willing to learn
* Honest, reliable and punctual
