Overview
2026 Graduate Engineer - Civil / Environmental. This is a full-time two-year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills in civil, environmental and closure projects, with exposure to diverse sectors and work environments. The program supports early career development and provides a foundation for a successful engineering career in Perth.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical and closure & remediation projects, including preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, and panel submissions.
* Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
* Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure engineering solutions remain current.
* Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
* Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
* Problem Solving: Identify and address engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
* Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering.
* Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
* Previous student vacation/internship experience, ideally in a consulting environment (highly desired).
* Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries (highly desired).
* Strong desire to learn and grow professionally; innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; strong rapport-building skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
