About the role We're on the lookout for a warm, professional and organized Senior Medical Receptionist (2IC) to join our Myhealth general practice located at Mortlake. As the right-hand person to our Practice Manager, you’ll be the friendly face that many of our patients encounter first. This role is a full-time permanent contract offering Monday - Friday hours. Day in the Life: Assisting Practice Manager (or lead doctors) with operational excellence Day-to-day reception duties Overseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments) Overseeing appointments and bookings Managing waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointment Assisting with patient and doctor queries Utilising appropriate item numbers for appointments What we're looking for: Minimum of 1-2 years of reception experience in general practice/healthcare settings.
