- Location: Murarrie (Head Office) with travel between worksites
- Rate: $38 per hour
About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Assets, the Facilities Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support across facilities, fleet, and asset management functions.
This role contributes to the smooth operation of building infrastructure, asset tracking, and fleet services, supporting both internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and processing work orders
- Assist with vendor coordination, including liaising with suppliers and contractors, tracking work orders, and monitoring compliance
- Provide administrative support for fleet operations, including scheduling maintenance, booking vehicles, and maintaining fleet records
- Support facilities management by maintaining inventory records, assisting with preventive maintenance schedules, and tracking assets
- Maintain accurate data in administrative and operational systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to processes and procedures
- Other duties as required
Mandatory Requirements:
- Full Australian working rights
- Criminal history check
- Current Class 'C' Driver's Licence
- Blue Card and immunisations (Category B - or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to travel regularly between worksites
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in administrative support within facilities, fleet, or asset management
- Experience working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
