They are seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to join their team and play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of a large-scale industrial operation. Position Objective: Preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment Fault finding and troubleshooting on industrial electrical systems Maintenance of PLCs, automation, and control systems Work on motors, drives, conveyors, and material‑handling equipment Electrical upgrades, installations, and continuous‑improvement projects Instrumentation, sensors, and process‑control equipment, ensuring reliability and uptime To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: An Electrical trade qualification essential Proven experience in an FMCG / high speed manufacturing environment Proven experience with PLC's, VSD's, HMI's etc. A team player with a positive, self motivated and proactive attitude is essential Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to details Roster & Hours: 8/6 roster (8 days on, 6 days off) working 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM There are also 4 night shifts every month with loading. Averaging a 45-hour week with the massive benefit of being home every night. Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 p.a. 15% loading Superannuation (negotiable based on experience) We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
