If this sounds like you, and you're:
* PermanentResident of Australia (please note, this does not include bridging visas while awaiting permanent residency or 820 visa holders), or Citizen of Australia or New Zealand at the time of your application
* In your penultimate (Second last) year of your University degree
* Have achieved at least a credit average minimum in your degree
