As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, building strong relationships, and exceeding expectations.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively listen and respond to customer needs, and possess a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls using typical contact center technology
* Communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external customers
* Prioritize concern resolution and customer satisfaction
* Accurately input and retrieve relevant information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
