1. A four-day client-facing week (Monday–Thursday)
2. Client-free Fridays- Dedicated to MDT team meetings, completing documentation, professional development and preparing for the following week
3. A maximum of sixteen clients per week
4. No KPIs
5. Flexible hours (including school-friendly options)
6. Time-in-lieu for any extra hours lodged
7. A flexible professional development budget, plus coverage for external supervision costs up to $5,000 per year
8. Work vehicles for mobile practice
9. Work from home when logistics allow

11. 4 weeks annual leave + extra paid Christmas leave
We keep the workload manageable, so you have the time and headspace to do thoughtful, ethical work and to recover from the more challenging days. Burnout doesn't have to be part of working as an occupational therapist.
The Role
We're looking for a skilled, compassionate occupational therapist who:
12. Wants to work in a truly collaborative multidisciplinary team
13. Values ethical practice and sustainable caseloads
14. Wants to shape their caseload around their interests (paeds, teens, adults)
15. Wants to grow and feel supported
What You'll Be Doing
16. Conducting assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
17. Providing individual and/or group therapy
18. Collaborating with speech pathologists, counsellors, AHAs, and a supportive team
19. Educating and guiding families, caregivers, and teachers
20. Maintaining clear and accurate documentation
21. Staying current with best practice and constantly developing your skills
What You'll Need
22. Bachelors or Masters of Occupational Therapy
23. Current AHPRA registration
24. QLD Driver's License
25. QLD Blue Card
