A flexible, social, fun and vibrant working environment
- 5 days' Life Leave every year on top of your annual leave entitlements
- Individually tailored career roadmap and development plan
SHAPE brings spaces to life through high-end fitouts, complex refurbishments and specialist construction projects. Our expertise spans the commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education and retail sectors. And we've been doing it for over 30 years, right across Australia.
**About the role**
You're a born organiser who can handle trades and keep sites safe, productive and on track to perfect delivery. If you're a first-time foreman, you'll start by getting to know our subcontractor partners, clients and the broader SHAPE team. It's about connecting you with the entire process so you can learn and grow. If you're a more experienced foreman and you'd like to become a Site Manager at some stage, we can help fast track your ambitions and make it happen for you. In this role, we look to you to:
- understand the scope, contract and project time frames
- establish the site in accordance with relevant WHS requirements
- induct subcontractors and site employees
- deliver daily and fortnightly programmes
- coordinate the trades and sequencing of work
- manage the subcontractors and staff, ensuring quality and safety
- record daily site activities in the site diary
- coordinate defect rectification
