The Role
* Supervising crews and subcontractors across civil and road projects
* Coordinating day‐to‐day site activities including earthworks, drainage, pavements and services
* Assisting with traffic staging, site setup and programme sequencing
* Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specs and QA requirements
* Driving site safety, quality and productivity
* Liaising with clients, engineers and internal teams
* Tracking progress and helping keep projects on time and on budget
* Identifying issues early and keeping jobs moving
The Criteria
* Background as a Civil Leading Hand or Junior Supervisor
* Exposure to roadworks, water, earthworks, subdivisions, or drainage projects
* Willingness to learn new processes, QA and compliance requirements
* Able to read drawings and coordinate crews on site
* Looking to step up and take more ownership of delivery
