**What you'll do**
An exciting opportunity to join the BIG W Digital team as the Digital Trade Coordinator. The role brings the BIG W digital offer to life through the execution of content and offers that inspires customers, driving customer conversion and sales growth.
- Develop and execute digital content that is inspiring, supports brand principles, SEO Principles, content categorisation and structure in order to drive customer conversion
- Assist the Trade Activation Team in the execution of website activities, affiliates, partnerships and other digital initiatives, including copywriting, studio briefing and Trello
- Work to the critical path tracker and workflow to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged appropriately and processes are efficient and cost effective
- Partner with Legal team to understand consumer laws in relation to content and ensure any online content meets those requirementsParticipate & Assist in cross functional Universe Digital post implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement and performance of the customer's digital experience, looking for opportunities to increase sales and conversion rates at key customer touch points with content to suit individual customer needs
**What you'll bring
**Coming from a digital background in a retail or eCom business, you will have a strong passion for supporting your stakeholders to deliver consistent and quality outcomes that enhance our customer experiences.
