As a Property Manager the responsibilities are extensive and varied however, you will primarily be accountable for the overall management of residential properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the owners and the tenants.

**The Position**
In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Day to day management of a medium sized portfolio, consisting of mainly apartment
- Advertising rental properties and carrying out leasing duties
- Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
- Conduct rent reviews and coordinate lease renewals
- Maintain and minimise rental arrears
- Tribunal preparation and attendance if required
**The Person**
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
- Ideally 2yrs experience in property management
- Experience using Property Tree
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or in the process of obtaining one
- A client nurturer who LOVES people and will go the extra mile to make clients happy
- Someone who can work autonomously but can also work collaboratively with your support team
- Top notch presentation and communication skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
