Industry Specialist

About the Job:
As an Industry Specialist, you will be responsible for working with a strong existing customer base. You will implement direct end-user selling techniques, meet sales targets for territory, and further develop the business by identifying new opportunities within the Life Science and Industry market.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage direct sales of products in assigned territory for LSR & Nano product range
- Facilitate the sales activities and monitor sales performance of customer base
- Monitor competitive activities and customer response and provide feedback to management
- Seek new opportunities to grow the Life Science business
- Routine customer visits and firm relationships with key customers including prospecting new customers
- Tender management, preparing quotations, account management, and conducting instrument demonstrations
- Provide high-level customer service & customer satisfaction
The Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in the life sciences research industry
- Proven experience with microscopy, either through account management or by conducting product demonstrations
- Hands-on experience with Electron Microscopy, Confocal Microscopes, and familiarity with cell therapy, cancer research, and immunology is highly desirable
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Fluent in English written and oral
