We are currently seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support a major transformation program within a Government environment based in the ACT.
This role will focus on people, process, and cultural change, supporting the successful adoption of organisational initiatives.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and deliver change strategies and plans
* Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments
* Lead communication and engagement activities
* Support leaders and teams through change adoption
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change within complex environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience developing change, communication, and adoption plans
