About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

This store operates in a busy, high-activity location. Success here requires alertness, confidence, and strict adherence to safety procedures. We provide training, systems, and management support — but this role best suits people who are comfortable working in challenging environments.

You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
You can remain calm in high pressure situations
You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
You'll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
Be willing to adhere to and follow strict safety procedures
Have knowledge of the local area
Be comfortable setting boundaries with customers
