The Role You will support an experienced and collaborative HR team in delivering a large-scale organisational change project. Working under guidance from senior HR leaders, you will provide operational and delivery support across key project activities, including aspects of a workforce transition or relocation initiative. This is a temporary project-based role with a fixed-term duration for six months and potential for extension. The role operates Monday to Friday with a hybrid working arrangement, including some time working from the office. Occasional travel to different sites may be required. Duties: Reporting to the Head of HR BPs, some of your duties will include: Provide HR advice in line with Australian employment law and the Fair Work Act Support recruitment, onboarding, and maintain compliant employee records Manage employee relations matters (performance issues, grievances, misconduct) Ensure workplace policies comply with Fair Work, awards, and enterprise agreements Support performance management and promote fair, respectful workplace practices Skills & Experience To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience or exposure to a similar change management project with industrial relations matters Willingness to travel between inner-city sites where required to conduct meetings A resilient and confident nature Be immediately available to start!
