This position offers not only the opportunity to be the first point of contact for technical support queries but also the chance to contribute to improvement projects throughout the organisation.Primary tasks will include:•First point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting across multiple locations.•Provide service desk, onsite, and remote support for 300+ staff.•Hardware and software fault diagnosis, repairs, and upgrades.•Systems administration, network troubleshooting, and user account management.•Documentation of systems and processes.About your experience:•2 + years of service desk experience Microsoft server and Desktop operating systems.•Previous experience with Office 365.•Solid experience with desktop, server, and networking troubleshooting.•Experience or exposure to with Apple devices and operating systems.•Strong problem-solving skills•Excellent written and verbal communication•A customer service-oriented mindset.What's in it for you?•Competitive salary to $80,000•Awesome team culture.•Annual award night for employees•Employee of the month incentive•Christmas party for employees, partners, and children
