Job Title: Hospitality Ambassador
We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Ambassador. In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest service to create a welcoming environment. You will manage front desk operations, assist with bookings, and maintain accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key control
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with booking reservations and coordinate room preparations
* Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as required
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Required Skills:
* Current RSA certification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
