Dental Reception role:
A dental receptionist is responsible for the office and clerical functions of a practice. This includes, however is not limited to, liaising and assisting with the management of all new, existing and potential patients of the practice, providing clerical support, scheduling appointments, taking minutes at meetings, managing bookkeeping, patient billing and banking.
*Comply with the high standards of the practice by way of health and safety, accuracy of information and ensuring confidentiality of patient records.
*Must be a quick learner and eager to learn new skills.
*possess high empathy and patient centric approach
*possess high organizational skills
