Job Description
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Conduct electrical testing, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver timely and efficient installations.
- Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for system installations and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Inspect and assess existing systems for upgrades or improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Electrician BESS should have:
- A recognised electrical trade qualification with a valid electrician's licence in Australia.
- Experience working with energy systems, particularly BESS or similar technologies.
- A strong understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Must have your CEC accreditation for design and install of BESS.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
