We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and technology‐driven Business Operations, Marketing & IT Coordinator to join our team at our Ormeau office.
This is not a standard administration role. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the growth of our businesses through digital marketing, website management, technology solutions, and operational support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, solves problems, and wants to become an important part of a growing organisation.
About the Role
Working directly with senior management, you will support multiple businesses and be responsible for administration, marketing, website management, IT systems, lead generation, and operational support.
This is a full‐time office‐based position and is not a work‐from‐home role.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
* Assist with Google Ads and other online marketing platforms.
* Manage company social media accounts and online presence.
* Create engaging marketing content and promotional materials.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Support lead generation activities across multiple businesses.
Website Management
* Update and maintain company websites.
* Design and create landing pages and online forms.
* Improve website functionality and user experience.
* Assist with SEO and online visibility.
* Manage website content and business profiles.
IT & Systems Support
* Provide internal IT support to office staff.
* Manage Microsoft 365 and cloud‐based systems.
* Assist with software implementation and system improvements.
* Troubleshoot technology issues and liaise with external IT providers.
* Maintain digital records and company systems.
Administration & Business Support
* Manage day‐to‐day office administration.
* Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and company documentation.
* Maintain employee, contractor, and client records.
* Coordinate onboarding and compliance requirements.
* Assist management with reporting and operational tasks.
Payroll & Workforce Support
* Assist with payroll administration and workforce records.
* Manage timesheets and employee documentation.
* Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
* Training can be provided on payroll systems and internal processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
* Minimum 6‐12 months of hands‐on Meta advertising experience required.
* Website design and management experience.
* Strong IT and computer skills.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud‐based systems.
* Excellent organisational and administration skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* High attention to detail and problem‐solving ability.
* Professional and confident attitude.
* Must have immediate Australian work authorisation at the time of application.
Highly Regarded
* SEO knowledge.
* Canva, Adobe, or graphic design experience.
* HR and recruitment experience.
* Experience with Xero, MYOB, Employment Hero, Deputy, or similar systems.
* Experience within cleaning, facilities management, security, healthcare, or NDIS industries.
