**The Role**:
Are you a dynamic leader ready to make your mark? We're seeking an experienced and passionate **Store Manager to join our Sleeping Giant | James Lane Liverpool Team**. As the leader of our store, you'll oversee all operations, from empowering our staff to achieving sales targets, ensuring our store shines inside and out.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inspire and lead our retail team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and surpass targets.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation through thoughtful merchandising and cleanliness.
- Nurture talent through recruitment, training, and ongoing development.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
- Utilize sales data to enhance profitability and foster customer loyalty.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, driving repeat business and brand advocacy.
- Uphold compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
