Sulles Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tradespersonto join our Team at Pixie Ice Cream, a major ice cream manufacturer with a facility based in Toowoomba, Qld.
This role will suit a self-motivated person who enjoys the challenges of working in a fast-paced continuous manufacturing environment whilst keeping calm under pressure.
You will take an active role in the preventative and corrective maintenance of our manufacturing facility and production lines as well as our industrial ammonia refrigeration system.
Selection Criteria
* Possess Australian recognized Trade Certificate 3 in mechanical engineering.
* +3 years proven experience in maintenance.
* Experience in the food industry preferred.
* Licensed to perform High Risk work. Forklift preferred.
* Knowledge of HACCP Quality based systems is desirable.
* Services and Utilities maintenance experience pneumatics, hydraulics, water system, hazardous substances
* Experience with P.L.C systems will be highly regarded as would experience in the Dairy Industry
* Excellent fault finding and diagnostic abilities.
* Proven understanding of risk awareness, hazard identification and a strong commitment to safety, performance and a safe work culture
* Computer literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attend and pass pre-employment medical screens.
