Workforce Support Assistant, Medical Workforce Unit – Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital (SMH).
Join the Shoalhaven Hospital Group’s Medical Workforce Unit and support the recruitment, onboarding, and management of junior medical staff. This is a permanent part-time role (24 hours per week) with salary of $34.46 - $35.54 per hour plus 12% super and salary packaging.
Location: Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital (SMH).

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Medical Workforce Unit, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management of junior medical staff across hospitals in the Shoalhaven region.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records to support workforce processes.
- Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and compliance activities to support clinical staffing needs.
Requirements

- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category B role.
