Job Overview
As a BOSS Product Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring effective communication with both clients and the internal team.
The role involves performing product delivery and set-up while ensuring optimal equipment performance. You will also operate as a Field Service Technician, comfortable with manual labor tasks and ideally suited for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering and setting up products to meet client requirements
* Ensuring equipment performance and troubleshooting issues
* Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers
Requirements
* 3 years + in a similar role in Agriculture and/or Mechanical trade background
* Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers
* Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements for continuous efficiency
* Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
* Self-motivated and works well with minimal supervision
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities within the scope of responsibility
