This project will deliver significant upgrades and new infrastructure to support the growing needs of the community. The project includes: Construction of new light rail lines and stations Upgrades to existing transport infrastructure Integration with other public transport systems Sustainable and innovative construction practices Your Opportunity Reporting to the Senior Contract Administrator, you will be part of the project commercial team and responsible for: Management of subcontractor claims for progress and variations, through to final account Ensuring contracts and conditions are suitable to project interests and contract conditions Compilation of portions of head contract payment applications Month-end financial reporting Minimum Requirements Well-developed experience within a contract administration or quantity surveying capacity Employment history that includes major construction projects Construction project experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, or a related field CPB Contractors is an equal opportunity employer.
