What You'll Do
* Install residential and commercial solar PV systems in line with Australian Standards
* Interpret solar designs and technical drawings
* Ensure safe work practices and compliance at all times
* Work with a friendly, experienced team committed to quality and safety
* Represent our brand with professionalism and pride
Key Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality rooftop solar panel and inverter installations
* Conduct site assessments and pre-installation checks
* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues independently or with team support
* Maintain accurate documentation for system installs and compliance
* Liaise with customers, providing excellent service and clear communication
* Follow company WHS policies and ensure all equipment and PPE is used correctly
* Mentor apprentices or junior team members as needed.
What we're looking for
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* SAA Accreditation (Solar Accreditation Australia) – Required
* VIC A Grade Electrical Licence – Required for installation roles
* Working at Heights certification (preferred)
* CEC Accreditation (if transitioning from CEC system) – a plus
* Clean Energy mindset and attention to detail
* A great attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
