You'll need: Proven estimating experience within a Perth-based residential builder Strong knowledge of local trades, suppliers, and material costs Proficiency with estimating software (e.g. Databuild, Truth Engine, or similar) Solid understanding of local building codes and construction methods The ability to manage multiple tenders with precision and pace Schedulers - You'll own the construction program from contract to handover — coordinating trades, managing timelines, and keeping builds on track.
