Your Opportunity
* Implement and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in your assigned region.
* Maintain and exceed budgeted targets, ensuring consistent delivery of KPIs across revenue, gross margin, product mix, and service offerings.
* Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor research, and trend monitoring to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
* Effectively manage CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and business operations.
* Oversee total territory engagement, encompassing cash fixed costs, sales initiatives, new product launches, promotional activities, and localized forecasting.
Requirements
* B2B sales experience is highly desirable, with relevant industry knowledge being an asset.
* Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders.
* Able to work independently, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Availability to travel extensively throughout the designated region, including Penrith West and Metro areas.
* Nice to have: Experience managing a regional or geographical territory.
