The Role
We're looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join Lucas Ferrari sales team. This is a full‑time role designed for someone who is passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in property sales.
What You'll Do
* Work alongside Lucas and his sales team in all aspects of the sales process.
* Help generate leads via prospecting.
* Assist with marketing: preparing property listing materials, coordinating photography, and signage.
* Liaise with clients (sellers and buyers), attending open homes and inspections.
* Maintain and update CRM/database records.
* Provide administrative support: handle follow‑up and file management.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, self‑starter with a positive attitude.
* Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
* Resilience, ambition, and a willingness to learn.
* No prior real estate experience required — passion matters more than experience.
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
