We're looking for a confident communicator who thrives on connecting with people to join our team at Stroud Homes Gladstone. This is a full-time role where you'll be working with people starting their new home journey, helping them explore options and guiding them through the process.
The role involves:
* Responding to new enquiries and following them up
* Preparing quotes and keeping details accurate and current
* Creating and updating house & land package listings
* Building connections with local agents and developers
* Working with our admin and construction teams to support clients through their journey
We're looking for someone who:
* Is genuine and approachable, with a natural way of making people feel comfortable
* Is motivated, reliable, and focused on achieving results
* Has a love for people (no experience needed)
* Is willing to work weekends
