About the Roles
Customer Service Officer
* Roster: Full-time across 7 days between 6:30am – 6:00pm
* Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, delivering exceptional service over the phone
* Focus on \"one call\" resolution, connect customers to appropriate services and complete administration tasks.
Front Desk Agent
* Roster: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Greet and welcome visitors professionally
* Manage phone calls, emails and general enquiries
* Maintain office supplies, assist with data entry and special projects
What We're Looking For
* Outstanding Customer Service Skills – proven experience in delivering exceptional service
* Great Communicator – excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Tech-Savvy – intermediate computer literacy and ability to use various software
* Highly Organised – able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Positive & Approachable – a friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Requirements
* A current Police Check for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups (less than 12 months old upon commencement)
