As the CDS Team Leader, you will provide operational leadership to a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across NDIS and community care programs.This is a hands-on leadership role, you will work closely with participants, families, support workers and key stakeholders to ensure safe, responsive and empowering services are delivered every day.**About the opportunity** As the CDS Team Leader, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational support to the team.
