Be a key player in the rollout of a B2B omnichannel payment solution and drive change management initiatives that impact millions of lives.
* Develop and implement tailored change plans aligned to project goals, analyzing organisational readiness and assessing business impacts.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders in Digital & Finance, designing and delivering communication strategies that drive clarity and engagement.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams and support adoption, integrating change activities with broader project plans and managing dependencies.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with change delivery, applying proven methodologies and tools to guide change execution.
* Support internal teams and B2B customers through the change journey, both in-store and online.
