This is a full-time Head of Finance and Accounting role, based in Bangalow, NSW, with a hybrid working model that allows for a mix of in-office and remote work. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing and managing budgets, and analyzing financial performance to guide strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities include leading financial planning processes, supervising the accounting team, and managing relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders. Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Advanced Analytical Skills and a solid background in Finance Experience in Budgeting and financial planning Proven leadership and team management capabilities Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in financial software and tools Understanding of local financial regulations and compliance standards Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA or relevant certification is preferred)
