About the role
* Provide friendly and professional front of house service to clients
* Provide administrative support to a team of lawyers
* Liaise with clients via phone and email, arrange appointments, respond to enquiries from clients and third parties
* Draft simple documents, prepare client invoices, open and close files
* Perform general administrative and office tasks incl. filing, scanning, data entry, coordinating office maintenance tasks, stationary orders etc.
Experience and qualifications
* Friendly and professional demeanour
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably in legal services
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Able to take initiative, manage own time and multitask
* Able to work independently with high level of integrity
