Ausipile is a privately owned Australian family business, with over 75 years of combined construction experience in this sector. Based in SE Queensland, as piling contractors we service Australia's Foundation and Shoring needs.
Due to our continued growth we are currently employing the following positions:
* Groundsmen
* Concrete Pump Operators
* Digger Operators
* Drillers / Pile Drivers
* Boiler Makers / Welders
The Role
As a member of our teams, you will be expected to assist in the successful delivery of a wide range of foundation and retention system designs. You will be working alongside a team of experienced professionals to provide a safe, efficient, and quality product across all sites.
The day-to-day requirements of the role would include overseeing the technical and commercial aspects of projects including but not limited to, site investigations, drafting technical reports, technical analysis, QA, estimating etc; client liaison; ensure projects commence smoothly through design phase and into the construction phase via material procurement, effectively communicating information to construction crews and reviewing means & methods.
The project work occurs primarily in the southeast of Queensland close to the Brisbane/Gold Coast areas.
You
To be successful in the role you will have the following:
* Experience in piling and foundations. Secant Piling/Contig Piling/Sheet Piling/Kelly Drilling/CFA/CCFA etc.
* Experience in operating machinery
* Sound working knowledge of Bauer piling rigs/concrete pumps/excavators considered an asset
* High level problem-solving abilities
* Resilience, resolve and a can-do attitude
* Ability to learn and communicate effectively
* Ability to work as part of a team
