About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled data professional to join our team in delivering exceptional safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and accurate safety data analysis and reporting as required for business requests.
* Maintain robust systems governance principles and processes that ensure verification and on-time reporting.
* Facilitate alignment of safety and sustainability data reporting and analytics across departments.
* Support audit requirements in relation to safety and sustainability data processes and reporting.
* Act as the key interface between digital solutions, stakeholders, and the safety and sustainability team to support strategic outcomes and projects.
* Plan and facilitate user training for digital safety management systems.
* Provide specialist advice on integration of safety management system technology and reporting systems to progress innovation and support whole-of-business programs.
* Provide analytical support to assist with the management, development, review, and implementation of safety, sustainability, and quality management systems to meet company objectives.

About You
A successful candidate will have experience in:
* Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of regulatory reporting for safety and environmental requirements.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position delivering outstanding results and compliance.
* Extensive experience developing, implementing, and managing safety, sustainability, and quality management systems and IT systems.
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
* Proficient user of Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups, and other advanced functions.
* High attention to detail when reviewing multiple data sets.
* Proficient user experience in Microsoft suite with a strong emphasis on Power BI and automation.
* Experience in understanding and documenting business process flows, procedures, forms, and other supporting documentation.
* Ability to interrogate systems, analyze data, and produce high-standard reports.
