Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate daily operational needs of both venues.
* Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Adhere to staffing budgets, manage shift approvals, and diligently oversee staff scheduling and adherence.
* Ensure a safe and inviting environment for members and guests.
* Uphold the Club's Vision, Mission, and Values by leading by example.
* Handle conflict and complex operational challenges with professionalism.
* Drive customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional experiences.
* Provide direction and effective management of day-to-day activities.
* Embrace a hands-on approach to leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Qualifications: RSA and RSG. RMLV, Approved Manager's License
* Desirable Qualifications: First Aid, CPR
* Customer Service: A strong commitment to superior customer service and a positive attitude.
* Flexibility: Availability for varied shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and a 7-day rotating roster.
* Presentation: Strong personal presentation and grooming.
* Time Management: Excellent organisational and motivational skills.
* People Skills: Ability to build rapport with team members and customers.
* Problem-Solving: Effective troubleshooting and adaptability.
* Leadership: Experience in team management and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
* Integrity: High levels of confidentiality and discretion.
* Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
* Preferred Background: Experience in Gaming and familiarity with rostering/time & attendance platforms.
