Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Gameplay Systems Developer to join our team in Saigon. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing gameplay systems that deliver an exceptional user experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and develop client-side and server-side gameplay systems
* Collaborate with game designers and artists to integrate and iterate on gameplay mechanics
* Identify and resolve technical issues independently with minimal supervision
* Develop and maintain technical tools and automation solutions to streamline game development workflow
* Estimate tasks and plan feature implementation in collaboration with leads and producers
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Support and guide junior team members
* Contribute to improving workflows and documentation
