Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities. Provide feedback and insights to improve products, services, and customer engagement strategies. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Engagement & Account Manager should have: Proven experience in account management or customer engagement within the Aftermarket Automotive retail sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A valid driver's licence for work-related travel.
